☕️ Let’s Talk About Coffee Grinds – Because Size Does Matter 😏

Okay, real talk: If you're brewing specialty coffee but using the wrong grind size, you might be accidentally ruining your own cup. 😬 But don’t worry—I got you. Here's a chill little guide to help you figure out which grind goes with what kind of brew:

🧊 Extra Coarse – Think big ol’ peppercorns
Use for: Cold brew
Let it chill (literally). This grind is chunky so it can steep for hours without getting bitter. Smooth, mellow, and perfect for hot summer days.

💪 Coarse – Like flaky sea salt
Use for: French press
This one’s for when you want a bold, full-bodied cup. Great for lazy weekend mornings and pretending you’re in a Parisian café.

🌊 Medium-Coarse – Somewhere between sea salt and sand
Use for: Chemex, clever dripper
A little more refined. Think of it as the fancy cousin who knows how to swirl wine and pronounce "Sommelier" correctly.

☕ Medium – Classic sand vibes
Use for: Drip coffee makers, Aeropress (if you’re brewing longer)
This is the Swiss Army knife of grinds. Not too fine, not too coarse. Just right when you want solid, no-fuss coffee.

🎯 Medium-Fine – In-betweeny, like table salt mixed with sand
Use for: Pour-overs (V60, Kalita, etc.)
If you're the kind of person who times your pour and has a gooseneck kettle... this one’s your jam.

🚀 Fine – Smooth like table salt
Use for: Espresso
Tight, compact, and full of flavor. Fine grind = all that pressure builds up for a shot that punches you (in a good way).

🌪️ Extra Fine – Basically coffee powder
Use for: Turkish coffee
Tiny but mighty. You don’t filter this grind, you drink it. It's intense, bold, and honestly kind of magical.

💡Barista Tip: Grind fresh if you can. Burr grinders give you way better consistency than blade grinders. Plus, fresh-ground beans = max flavor. Your tastebuds will thank you.
